    GREGORY O.OZEGBE
    Chairman

    Mr. Ozegbe is a seasoned professional with over thirty  (30) years cognate experience in Design, Construction and Project management. At various times, he has been part of a team that carried out various design and construction projects as the principal partner of Interdecor Associates before working as a Consultant in Modula Design Partnership, U.K, and IBN Quadri Associates Nigeria. One of the major projects he had been involved include the Design/Construction/Commissioning of one of the largest floating accommodation barges in the world for about 1,500-2,000 Soldiers for the British Ministry of Defence. This barge was used during the Falkland war. Other projects are: Armament Warehouse at Apapa for the Nigerian Navy, 12 Stories Office Block, Kaduna, and various Housing Estates in Nigeria.
     
    As the founder of Africa Alliance Group makes him the chief dreamer and visioner of the activities of the group. He is expected to work with other board members and management to bring his wealth of experience and expertise to bear on the Africa Alliance Group's infrastructural development projects across Africa. 
     
    In his journey to achieving the goals and objectives of AAG, he has made strategic investments and on the board of Heritage Design Corporation South Africa, Procurement Warehouse Africa Pty Limited, Hospitality Warehouse Africa Pty Limited, Castles HMG Africa Limited (Operators and Managers of Castle Hotels), Tradebuild Nigeria Limited, CemCrete Nigeria Limited, Energy Works Alliance Limited, Water Works Alliance Limited, Ilifa Heritage Rwanda Limited, Halcon Builders Limited and AAG International Ltd, Mauritius.

    MR. PAUL D. RWANG
    Director

    Mr. Paul D.Rwang is the incumbent Chairman/Managing Consultant of Pidikol Konsults. He has vast experience in both Public and Private Sector in general and finance in particular.

    He was an Executive Director of International Merchant Bank Plc, FSB International Bank Plc, Allied Bank of Nigeria Plc respectively and Director Lion Bank of Nigeria Plc representing IMB Plc and Deputy General Manager of Savannah Bank of Nigeria.

    Mr. Paul D.Rwang was a permanent Secretary in Plateau State Government, Social Welfare Officer, in the former Benue-Plateau State Government, Assistant Social Welfare Officer, in the former Nigeria Government and representing Ministry of Finance & Economic Planning on all Board of Plateau State Government Parastatals. He brings his experience to AAG.

    Arc. Baba Isimi
    Executive Director

    Arc. Baba Isimi is a renowned Architect by all standard whose experience in Architecture and Project Management spans over 24 years in both Public and Private sector. He is a Consultant to various Construction Companies that undertake various landmark development Projects in Nigeria. He is the Managing Partner of Capital Projects Limited, Property Development Consultants, Inter-Africa Development Projects Limited respectively as the Partner in charge of Consultancy and Office Administration.

    He has undertaken both Public and Private Buildings amongst others. He was the Vice Chairman, Institute of Architects, Abuja Chapter from 1990 to 1995 and the Editorial Chairman of the Professional Journal-Archiview. He is a Fellow and registered Member of Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON).

    Arc. Baba Isimi is also a member of the Governing Council, Federal College of Education (Technical) Umunze, Anambra State and National Coordinating Committee of National Poverty Eradication Programme(NAPEP).

    GEORGE BURLOW
    Project Consultant

    George Burlow is a professional Project Manager and Chartered Engineer with over forty years experience in the development, construction and Engineering Industries where he worked with high profile International Organisations at Senior Management and Board levels.

    For the past sixteen years he worked in Nigeria in both the private and public sectors in a Consulting capacity. In the course of his professional services, he acquired significant practical business, commercial and contractual experience in an African context.

    He managed various projects and led multidisciplinary teams of professional in general and project management roles within a wide range of organizations and industries where his input ranged form feasibility studies through to development planning, construction and final project handover. He has worked closely with Town Planners, Architects and allied professional thereby developing an empathy with many disciplines and a balanced approach towards managing and implementing projects.

    George applies his background and experience to projects ranging form high value residential, commercial and industrial to high volume affordable mass housing projects whose success requires a high level of essential skills and knowledge of, rapport with and respect for the relevant cultures, traditions and practices.

    This always involved the positive interaction of a diversity of professionals and specialists from many background and cultures.

    MARC BALLINGS
    Project Consultant

    Engr. Marc is a professional Engineer with extensive experience in Project Management. He is a member of European Federation of National Engineering Associations and Flemish Association of Engineering.

    He is saddled with the responsibility of site investigations and development strategies, programming of all projects and monitor with a view of timely completion, planning of resources and material to execute the works in accordance with the programme, establish, prepare and control of the standard administration amongst others.

    Mr. Tucker has been involved in various projects in Nigeria as a Consultant and Project Manager. As a Consultant and Project Manager to various giant Construction Companies in Nigeria, he is at most times directly in charge of Design Engineering Management of all disciplines, Electrical Distribution Design, Electrical Control Design, Construction Management procedures, Construction Management, Testing and Commissioning.

    He has an industry related experience in Property, Mine related and Processing Industry.

    Mr. Tucker was a Consulting Engineer, Project Director, Construction Manager and Property Development Manager in various Companies in South Africa.

    Landscape Consultant

    He is a Horticulturist of immense experience spanning over decades who specialize in Landscape Design, Installation supervision and Nursery Management.

    In the course of his professional practice, he had carried out several Residential, Schools, Commercial and Industrial landscaping projects. His primary responsibility are amongst other things landscape design and supervision, budgeting and stock control, administration, accounts and computer logging of landscape related activities and identification of plant diseases and pests.

    Interior Design and Decoration Consultant

    Ms. Mynie is an astute Interior Designer and Decorator of standing working experience. She was the Managing Director of Modern Paint & Décor in South Africa before joining Housing Alliance Limited.

    She is presently responsible for the Company’s day to day Interior Design and Decoration project conceptualization, planning and implementation. She also render professional advice on interior and exterior colour schemes and specialized colour mixing, special paint requirements.
